Join in with The Friendly Club Show

The Camping and Caravanning Club has announced details of its latest online show to get people dreaming of their next get-away.
The ‘Friendly Club Show’ runs from 23-28 February as an online event featuring information on camping, caravanning and motorhoming especially aimed at first-timers. The event, centred on the Club’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, has plenty to offer people looking for holiday inspiration plus exclusive show offers. There will also be top tips, helpful videos and free-to-enter competitions.
Alongside this the Club will be sharing an exclusive walking guide video produced by The Outdoor Guide, featuring Club President and TV presenter Julia Bradbury.
Michelle Jewell, Events Manager at the Club, said: “Our virtual show includes all the helpful and enjoyable features we would normally offer people visiting the February Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC, which sadly this year will not be going ahead as planned. However, the Club is here to help campers of all kinds to start dreaming about and planning their future camping trips – and that’s just what we’ll be doing during the Friendly Club Show.
“February 26 is our special members day called Friendly Friday, when popular caravanners Here We Tow will be hosting a virtual Club quiz. It starts at 7pm and members and non-members are welcome to join in with a drink of choice and test their camping knowledge.”
Anyone who joins the Club during the week of the Friendly Club Show will receive vouchers for two free nights on more than 100 Club Sites across the UK. *
The competitions throughout the week include the chance to win a Swift Sprite Major 6TD caravan with Vango Balletto awning, together worth nearly £21,000. Competition prizes also include a towbar-fitting service with Witter worth £500, plus a fantastic MSR Elixir 2 backpacking tent courtesy of Cotswold Outdoor.
