Buy season and local As soon as you arrive on site, ask the Holiday Site Managers for details of the local food market. The information should also be displayed on the white Eat Local Boards outside reception on some of our Club Sites. Food at the local market will be regional and seasonal, therefore cheaper (as it hasn’t been transported around the world – or across the country). Only buy what you know you will need. Being able to buy individual items – one onion or one garlic bulb saves wastage – and money.
