Battle of the burgers

Burgers have rocketed themselves out of the junk food category over the last few years – instead becoming a regular on gourmet restaurant menus. I’m clearly not talking about the thin, dry pattie wedged soullessly between a plain bun. Oh no, a good burger is as much about the accompaniments – the sauces, relishes, veg and pickles and artisan breads – that it shares its space with.
