NEC SHOW SPECIAL:
BAILEY ADVANCES AT THE SHOW
Bailey of Bristol is celebrating its 70th anniversary with the launch of its latest Advance motorhomes. There are six models in the range, all costing under £50,000 and weighing less than 3,500kg so they can be driven on a standard car driving licence.
Modules are now being shared across ranges so the new Advance shares many features with Unicorn caravans, including the rear panel. This results in an extra 5cm (2in) being added to the width making them feel more spacious inside.
The company is also introducing a new naming convention whereby the first two digits of a model name indicate the motorhome's length and the final digit gives its number of travelling seats. The compact 62-2 is therefore 6.2m long with two designated travelling seats.
Visitors to the show can visit the Bailey stand in Hall 3.
