We all know the benefits of walking – it lowers your blood pressure, strengthens your heart, helps keep you fit and boosts your mood.
But most of us, and that's campers included, love walking simply because it enables us to see and enjoy more of our surroundings. For that reason the Club has partnered with ViewRanger to compile a series of great walks around the UK – from simple strolls to more challenging walks – and importantly they all begin and end at the comfort of your pitch.
Here we've picked five Club Sites, open throughout the winter months, all with one or more walking routes that we've recently uploaded. They're guaranteed to help you explore the area around your campsite and get some exercise at the same time. You might even find a pub along the way.
