We bring you the latest News for campers and caravanners.
Vango has unveiled a large number of new and updated tents for the forthcoming 2019 season.
We took a closer look at some of the highlights at the Tent and Awning Show in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. Check out the video below to see more.
Among those that caught our eye were the Skye Air 400, the smallest inflatable-tube tent Vango has ever made. It’s a four-berth low profile tunnel tent weighing in at 10kg and we’re hoping to get our hands on an early model to test very soon.
At £300 we also think it’s a potential bargain, especially if you don’t mind camping in a tight space as a family, or if you’re a couple who would like to spread out with a bit more room.
A large family tent that met with our approval was the Valencia 600XL, with promising features such as floor-to-ceiling windows in the porch, larger than average bedrooms, rear storage space and a rear door.
In addition we were shown the top-end Anantara 600XL tents, which if you opt for the technical cotton version, could cost you as much as £2,000, but provide a huge amount of practical, liveable space for a large family.
Keep an eye on our content in the coming months for reviews of some of Vango’s 2019 line-up.
