Systems Tester

The Camping and Caravanning Club is looking for a Systems Tester to join their talented Business Systems Team.

Founded in 1901, The Club is the oldest and largest in the world for all forms of camping. We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that every penny spent with us is invested back into improving facilities and services for our members.

We love camping, caravanning and motorhoming and we want to display that passion to our customers, whether they are seasoned campers or are trying it out for the first time.
We operate a network of more than 100 UK campsites, have an in-house Travel Service that provides Club members with campsite bookings throughout Europe, as well as organising fly-drive tours to exciting destinations such as Argentina, New Zealand and Japan.

The post is part of an immediate team of 3 and a wider business systems team of over 20 staff.

Your Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Create test plans based on business priorities
• Design test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on testing status’

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven track record in building manual scripts
• An ISTQB certification is desirable
• Sound knowledge of all Microsoft packages and Web Technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Confident in liaising with stakeholders and 3rd Parties
