Founded in 1901, The Club is the oldest and largest in the world for all forms of camping. We operate a network of more than 100 UK campsites, have an in-house Travel Service that provides Club members with ferry crossings and campsite bookings throughout Europe, as well as organising fly-drive tours to exciting destinations such as Japan and New Zealand.


Our turnover is c£60m and we have over 250 employees in our modern head office, with a Business Systems Team of 30 people working in different specialisms, our organization may be the oldest of it’s kind however we are innovative in thought and benefit from modern offices and technology.


Our Business Systems Team has a vacancy for a Projects Team Manager. This role supports our Head of Delivery, Project Managers and Business Analysts in developing and delivering Technology Solutions.


As Project Team Manager you will directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, this will involve conducting appraisals, reviews as well as their personal development.


The post will also manage the programme of works across Applications, Digital and Technical support. Projects have a wide range of size and cost however require careful resource scheduling and risk monitoring.


The postholder must be able to navigate conflicting deadlines and be able to communicate with all levels of stakeholder and 3rd parties, giving confidence in projects and systems.


Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:


• Line Management of a team, offering support and assistance
• Overseeing delivery of a portfolio of projects
• Delivery of own projects
• Broad view Business Analysis in a previous post
• Building Stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Ability to communicate a clear vision of objectives to an immediate team and project teams
• Experience of working in an IT or Technical environment
