Customer Service Advisor - Exempted Camping - 12 month contract
As an Advisor in our Exempted Camping Team you will deal with enquiries from a range of customers, adding value and delivering high standards of customer service, advice and information.
Key responsibilities will be processing Certificated and Listed Site applications, entering details onto a database and dealing with general queries regarding Temporary Holiday Sites and Meets.
You will be required to prioritise your workload on a day to day basis, handle telephone enquiries from internal and external sources and advise prospective site owners of sites rules and regulations including the Club’s Exemptions and legislation.
The role also involves understanding some of the products available to our customers such as subscription levels for Sites brochures, working with other teams internal, prof reading copy, following up paperwork with authorities and more, it's a varied post!
We're looking for the following in applicants:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong administration skills
- Superior organisational skills
- Problem Solving ability
- A consistently proactive and friendly approach
- Computer Literacy (preferably data input)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:45 -16:45 (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week)
