Tent Satisfaction Survey: what we learned

The Camping and Caravanning Club’s first Tent Owner Satisfaction Survey ran throughout the summer of 2015 and we announced the results at an awards ceremony in February 2016.

It was very much a first of its kind. Nobody had ever gone into such depth about customer satisfaction in the tent market before. We learnt a lot then, and our aim is to continue to expand this vital area of consumer information – for the benefit of future tent buyers as well as suppliers and retailers.
