  • Will I get a refund for a cancelled crossing or a campsite booking I cannot use?

  • Why am I being offered a refund voucher for future travel and not a cash refund?

    If you booked a ferry only or a campsite only, this does not constitute a package and your booking is subject to the suppliers’ cancellation terms. Read more »
