Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.

Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.

The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.

The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.

A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.

The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.

The site is perfectly placed for the whole of Kingsbury Water Park.

The site is perfectly placed for the whole of Kingsbury Water Park. Within a short walk we were in the middle of wonderful lakes and its wild life. Our young grand children loved the play areas and cycle paths. Very safe. The park can get busy but because of the site were cycling around the cycle paths in the evening when a lot of day visitors had left. It was lovely on the miniature railway and the steam trains fascinating. The water skiing was also great to see. We were able to play games near the caravan on site. The site had a great atmosphere with groups and family meeting up. Definitely use the site again with the grand children.

We have been visting this site for years, as it is local to us. Unfortunately, after an unpleasant experience with one of the wardens and some of the 'residents' 2 years ago we had gone off it a bit and stopped going as often as it wasn't a 'relaxing' break. However, after this trip I can't wait to book again. The site is very well maintained and the toilets are immaculate. The wardens are great and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would like to give a special mention to Katy who had to deal with my husband on the phone daily as we weren't sure if the booking would be cancelled due to the ridiculous amount of rain...who knew it would be 27 degrees this weekend ??. The wardens were even accommodating of our visitors (that has never happened before!) and assisted with parking them. I hope these wardens stay as it seems that the team they have in place work very well together and the whole atmosphere has changed. You go away in your caravan to relax. Yes, there are rules to be adhered to but they are only there for the safety and enjoyment of everyone on the site.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Site very clean and wardens very friendly. Great for walking and cycling along adjacent tow path and around the lakes. Only thing was depending on which direction the wind blows is how much noise you hear from the nearby motorway. First few days we had a dull quieter noise and last four days very noisy, even through night. Otherwise very nice site. Good position for sightseeing.
