Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.

Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.

The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.

The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.

A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.

The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.

We stayed here over the Easter break and despite the weather we had a great time. All the staff were very friendly and even towed us out of the field after we got stuck. They organised an Easter egg hunt for the children and they had a great time. Would recommend.

My 3rd visit. Under new management and i like the simple improvements. Fresh flowers in shower block and some funny picture prints, also in waste cleaning room. Laundry room spruced up with book exchange.Bricks by water stands for bbq's. Better site markings especialy on field with gate access to water park.. always been a clean site.. even the fact they put a notice up reminding campers of clocks going forward was a nice thought.. for me its a fishing holiday, and caters for my needs.. Water Park is great for hikes bikes picnics and fishing either single or groups

The managers Maggie and Ian were lovely and very helpful. The wardens Patsy and Rob were also lovely and helpful as well. I will stay at this site again and would highly recommend it. Plenty to do and see and the managers and wardens will give you advice what's in the area to do and where to eat. Lovely visit all round.

The wardens on this site were really helpful and friendly.

The wardens on this site were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The site is clean and the facilities are clean. The only negative thing I can say is that there is only one wash basin with soap for washing your hands, but that's the only a small thing. We will be returning to the site very soon (hopefully it wont snow again). The harvester a couple of miles away does excellent food. All of us ( 4 adults 2 Children ) enjoyed our meals and had no complaints. I had the rib steak, and I can say it's one of the best steaks I've had. There is a chip van that come every Friday ( I believe ), the food is good, but quite expensive has you might expect. This site is a gem, it is only about 40 mins from where I live and so easy to get to. Looking forward to returning when the children's park is open and I can see the site in it's true glory. Overall the we left the site very happy and both my wife and I have no reservations or concerns and very happy to return. Keep up the work wardens.
