There isnt much I can add to what has already said Ive been here 3 times.before I used to live in Addlestone but have moved away quite a distance so come here for a week to visit and catch up with my friends Staff put a lot of effort into the site and from checking in onwards I feel welcome and valued a rare thing these days So thanks to the staff doing what can be a difficult job with some demanding customers which I hope Im not ! Not the best site Ive been on but perfectly adequate with everywhere clean and tidy and cared for Its like everything does it suit your purpose? I would say itll suit most people with big attractions and easy access to London etc So its a base more than anything but that doesnt mean its not a pleasant place to stay Yes there is some noise but thats.a trade off against the advantages Dont think Im criticising the site because Im not it would look better in the sunshine but thats not to be at the moment altogether Ive had a pleasant stay here and will be back

Very nice site with friendly staff and very clean toilets and showers. Surprisingly quiet considering on the flight path for Heathrow. We visited Kew Gardens and found it very easy to get to from site and parked outside for free but did arrive as it opened at 10 so later in the morning might not be so easy. Very nice pub over the bridge called the Kingfisher, lovely pub lunch and also a nice relaxed area at one end for nice chat and coffee. Plenty of walks along the Thames path from site, will come back to this site, loads more to visit.

We stayed for two nights in towards the end of February prior to an early morning cremation in Mortlake near Richmond. Site was easy to find as was the access right off the main road. Spacious pitches with EHU and plenty of water points throughout this deceptively spacious site on the river Thames. Shower block was spotless as were the dishwashing facilities next to them. The site manager was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Bus and train links close by. Very handy for visiting Kew Gardens.
