Overview
With a bus stop directly outside the entrance, our Canterbury Club Site is the perfect base from which to explore the city, coast and countryside.
This campsite offers campers the opportunity to explore the rural and costal beauty of Kent as well as being the perfect stopover for those travelling on to France.
With footpaths, frequent buses and Park and Pedal, access to the cobbled streets of Canterbury couldn’t be easier. Offering a mix of level grass and hardstanding pitches, Canterbury Club Site is well laid out and boasts toilet and shower facilities, washing up area, children’s play area and dog walking routes.
Encompassing a spectacular cathedral and an eclectic mix of shops, retailers, bars and restaurants, Canterbury is a city teeming with history, heritage and culture.
On the coast, Whitstable is home to a trendy harbour that hosts one of the country’s most revered food events, the Whitstable Oyster Festival.
Situated just a five-minute drive from the campsite, Howletts Wild Animal Park is a fantastic family day out and home to elephants, gorillas and rhinos.
With over 350 miles of magnificent coastline, Kent is a county famous for its bustling seaside resorts. Head to the quaint Victorian town of Broadstairs for a traditional seaside trip including Punch and Judy shows and donkey rides. Contrastingly, cosmopolitan harbour-side town Ramsgate draws visitors with its pavement cafes and waterside bars.
If you’re looking for a typical Kent beach, head to Herne Bay, with two miles of seafront adorned with colourful beach huts and a pier.

- Please avoid approaching site driving through Bekesbourne village as may be suggested by Sat Navs, as lanes are too narrow for touring units. Safe approach instructions can be found here.
