An amazing little find.
It's a gem of a site with friendly managers who made sure we had everything we needed.
Even helped me get the van on pitch as I have a heart condition - most grateful for that!
The shop is well stocked - the bread I ordered was fresh and tasty.
And the local ice cream was delicious too.
Toilets were clean and fresh. I have to say that my wife loved the individual heaters in the ladies.
I'll be mentioning this site to all my mates.
Thank you for a great break!

We first stayed here back in May for our first holiday this year in our caravan. We liked it so much, we left our caravan here for summer storage. Near to Barnstaple, also there are some lovely beaches, the moors, the Taw river, and many lovely towns within reach. Ron and Jo were so welcoming and happy to oblige with information. They were always busy but never too busy to help. The site was kept immaculate and the facilities spotlesslly clean. We returned 4 times thoughout the season, each time just as enjoyable, never tiring of the sunsets there, and the lovely surroundings. Barnstaple is a great town to look around. Many thanks to Ron and Jo for looking after us and enduring the cheek from us and "the other Crosses' and Darren? who was helping out. We wish Ron and Jo all the best at Bude and hope to see them there.
