The locality is ideal for those who want to relax as well as those who like to be more active, with many members commenting on how much there is to see and do in the area. Within easy reach are white sandy beaches and a picturesque rocky coastline, including the most south-westerly point of Europe, Cape St. Vincent with its famous lighthouse, just 12 miles away.

• Directly off the N125 near the village of Espiche (500m)
• Luz 1 mile, Lagos centre 4 miles, Cape St. Vincent 20 miles, Monchique 30 miles, Albufeira 38 miles, Lisbon 189 miles, Nearest beach 1.5 miles
• Local transport (2018): Bus services to Lagos (€2.00) and Sagres run about every 90 minutes from outside the site; trains (half-price for over 65's) from Lagos to Faro (€7) via Portimâo and Albufeira. Bike hire delivery to site.

Total pitches: 362. Pitches well marked off; standard 70m2, max. unit length 8m, mainly in terraced rows, all gravel or compacted earth, some with shade, all with 10A electricity

• Dogs allowed
• BBQ's allowed on pitches (gas and electric only)
• Sports facilities locally include golf courses, sea fishing and watersports (usually with discount for campers)
• During winter 2019-20 construction of a new reception building is planned, and possibly (subject to planning approval) a new camping area near the front of the site.
• Activities and entertainment may include yoga, pilates, walks, boules and Portuguese lessons
• Owned by the Coll family and run by Agnès Coll Isern
• Excellent modern wash blocks, including dog showers; hot and cold water to showers, wash basins, and dish-washing sinks; several drinking water taps on site
• Sports facilities on site include covered pool with Jacuzzi and accessibility ramp into water, outdoor lagoon-style swimming pool with sunbathing area

Site Accessibility: Ramp or flat access to wash blocks; all blocks have two separate dedicated wash rooms with access by special key; access is via the main wash block hallway, before entering the single sex wash room; level access to reception; ramp to bar/restaurant; level access to supermarket; level access to pool; lift down to new covered pool with accessibility ramp into the water; slightly sloping or flat terrain at the bottom of the site, getting steeper towards top; tarmac roads; contact us for any further information.
