Great for... getting to know the hidden Vendée at a lovely time of year. Explore the rolling farmland surroundings and the Lac du Jaunay – walking, cycling and fishing opportunities abound. Apart from high quality site facilities, you can also access the new restaurant and Spa at the 'Nature & Sens' site extension. A warm welcome from the Martineau and Garandeau family make this a summer rally favourite, and you’ll love the spacious pitches, excellent indoor pool and great lakeside location. Whether it’s relaxation or an active break you’re after, this rally delivers both.

Typical activities (subject to demand) have previously included local walks and cycle rides, picnics, boules matches, aquagym, lunch at the local crêperie, quiz evenings, coffee mornings, wine-tasting visits, rally dinner dances, rally barbecues and trips out for lunch or cycle rides to local gardens. Nearest beaches 6 miles. Coëx 4 miles, Brétignolles 6 miles, St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie 11 miles, Les Sables d’Olonne 15 miles, La Roche-sur-Yon 18 miles, Puy du Fou 55 miles.

Local transport (2019): No local bus service available. Train station in La Mothe-Achard (6 miles) or St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (11 miles)

Pitches

Standard pitches located together in one peaceful area of Le Pin Parasol 'Sensations', allocated by the Rally Stewards in consultation with site reception.

Low Season

A relaxing spot where you will be well looked after, with superb indoor pool, heated wash block and activity programme. Most facilities open in low season.

Activities and entertainment are arranged on most days, from early June onwards. Music evenings, karaoke and fun bingo nights are very popular.

Special unisex bathrooms including: shower with grab rails, seat and low level mirror; washbasin with grab rails, lever taps and low level clothes hook; raised wc with grab rails. Flat terrain with pathways and main routes, compacted earth/tarmac and loose gravel. Adapted chalet bookable.
