    Overview

    Camping les Mouettes is just under a mile away from the charming village of Veules-les-Roses, where the pretty little river Veules is the shortest in France, just 1149 metres from source to sea. 

    Set on a hill, 800 metres from a pebble and sand beach, this site is great for a stopover, short stay or longer holiday, with Normandy’s coastal highlights all within easy reach and Dieppe just 16 miles drive away.

    Location

    Set in coastal countryside up a hill from the village of Veules-les-Roses, access to a pebble beach (sandy at low tide) across the road from the site entrance and down the cliff path into the resort. Veules-les-Roses (limited local services) 1 mile, St.Valéry-en-Caux 5 miles, Dieppe 16 miles, Fécamp 25 miles, Rouen 43 miles.

     

    Local transport: Bus stop outside site entrance for limited service between St.Valéry and Dieppe. Train station in Dieppe.

     

    Pitches

    Total pitches: 152. Open and part-shaded pitches; all with 6A electricity.

     

    Low Season

    Lovely peaceful spot for exploring this pretty corner of Upper Normandy.

     

    High Season

    Popular family site in pretty coastal location.
