Overview
The site organises walks into the nearby forests and mountains, and for fantastic views of the Pyrenees and the coast, why not take the rack railway from Ascain to the top of La Rhune mountain (605m), or drive up to the Col d'Ibardin (317m high) tourist village above the site?
Modern facilities set amongst oak trees and around the stone buildings with pretty terracota tile roofs.
Owned and run by Michel Zugarramurdi, English spoken.

Atlantic beaches 4 miles, Urrugne 2 miles, St. Jean-de-Luz 5 miles, Hendaye 7 miles, Irun (Spain) 8 miles, Biarritz 16 miles, Bordeaux 135 miles.
Local transport: Bus stop approximately 100m from site entrance.

Dedicated accessible facilities. Excellent well-adapted site. Small step to reception. Special separate male and female washrooms including: shower with grab rail and seat; washbasin with grab rails. Steep terrain, with main routes and pathways of tarmac . Flat access to bar/restaurant. Swimming pool access through footbath.
