    Great site for short breaks

A simple little site, very close to Roscoff town and ferry port.

Although an ideal site for an overnight stop - with signposts showing the way from the main road to your pitch - members who stay longer confirm that both the area and this tranquil little site offer real rest and relaxation, far from the madding crowd. Both the coast and the inland moors are great for walking and a boat trip to the island of Batz is also recommended. Plougoulm provides all the basic local services while St. Pol-de-Léon is good for more extensive shopping

Municipal site that particularly welcomes Club members.

Countryside setting, 2 miles from beach, overlooking the Guillec river valley and cove. Plougoulm centre 0.5 mile, St. Pol-de-Léon 4 miles, Roscoff 7 miles, Morlaix 15 miles.

Local transport (2017): Bus stop 800m for services to Roscoff.

Large open and part-shaded pitches; all with 16A electricity; long stay pitches marked out with trees and shrubs on terraces; short stay pitches are on an open slope.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this lovely, quiet site & will definitely return as this makes a perfect stop after arriving off the Ferry at Roscoff & allowing you to chill out before setting off into France. (This was the first site of 5 in this trip) Lots to see & do in the Area & whilst there is no-one manning the Site Office, we found our own pitch, as before with no worries. This time round, the site was hosting the Village Annual Celebration, to which we were kindly invited to. Whilst there are no swimming pools or bouncy castles, we have still scored this highly & the "Friendliness/Welcome" Rating reflects that the office is not manned, but which has never been a concern to us. Great site with views of the Sea - thank you

I think this is a municipal site. We stayed here for 3 nights in mid July 2014. As stated, the site is not staffed 24/7, so on arrival, we chose a pitch we liked and advised reception later in the day. Full marks to the receptionist. Our French is terrible, however, the receptionist was very understanding of this and, while having a good laugh, we all managed to make ourselves understood. The ageing facilities are basic. However, the reception staff keep them very clean. There are separate Ladies and Gents toilets and showers - albeit sharing an open plan roof void above. There are no wash hand basins in the toilet area - you have to go into the shower area to wash your hands. Also, there is no soap provided at the wash basins, so take your own. There are no laundry facilities. Cracking views from some of the pitches. This is a great site from which to explore the area - and it is definitely worth exploring. Roscoff and Saint Pol de Leon are nearby. We would definitely recommend this site, although, for longer stays, you might need to consider a site with laundry facilities.
