Young Achiever Award Winners 2008

The Club's Young Achiever Awards are back for 2009. The aim of the competition is to recognise the contributions of young Camping and Caravanning Club members to our society.

We’re looking for youngsters who’ve used their skills – perhaps as first aiders, community volunteers, Countryside Carers, District Association (DA) or Special Interest Section helpers, explorers or camping ambassadors – to make the most of the great outdoors.

We welcome nominations from all over the UK. From parents, friends or the young people themselves – simply fill in an entry form.

Competition Update

Entries are now closed and the winners will be selected on 13 July, details will then be published on this page.

Entries will be divided into two age categories

  • 12 to 14
  • 15 to 17 (inclusive)

A national winner will be chosen from each. There will be prizes of £100 and a certificate for each Regional winner, Section winner and winners who applied directly through Club Headquarters.

The overall winners each receive a further £250, which is presented at the National Feast of Lanterns where the family gets to stay for free.
