Eurotunnel is pleased to announce that it can accept vehicles (motor caravans, caravans and
other recreational vehicles) which are fitted with LPG tanks used for powering domestic services only (eg refrigeration, cooking, heating).
Eurotunnel accepts tanks up to 47kg but they must not be more than 80% full – this must be
demonstrated before travel. Eurotunnel regrets that LPG (or equivalent flammable gas) vehicles cannot be transported even if it is being used as a secondary fuel source. However, other dual powered vehicles can be accepted, e.g. petrol/electric.
