Storage and Seasonal Pitches
There are a host of storage and seasonal pitch options available from the Club offering you maximum flexibility.
Please note: the Winter Seasonal Pitch and Storage application form 2013/2014 has been delayed and will now be available in the August issue of the Magazine. It will also be added to the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
Seasonal Pitches
If you’re looking for flexibility when it comes to finding a seasonal pitch, the Club has a host of options available to you. You can leave your unit on a Club Service Pitch throughout either the summer or winter season or on selected sites all year round. The pitch fee also includes the hire of electric hook-up and a hardstanding, making it an option for those who want to reduce the time they spend towing.
Alternatively, the Club also offers part-seasonal pitches for both spring and autumn with the fee again inclusive of an electric hook-up and a hardstanding.

Storage
Storage is available at most of our sites and is hassle-free and convenient. You can store your unit on site without the need to tow. Storage is available for part season or on selected sites all year around. To apply for storage, fill in the application form.
Nightly Storage
Nightly Storage is available for a fee during the camping season. See the latest list of campsites that offer nightly storage.
Towing Service
Some sites offer a helping hand with a dedicated towing-in and out service costing £6.55. However some weight restrictions apply.
It is worth noting this must be purchased at the time of booking a stay or by speaking to the site direct to arrange.

Boat Storage & Mooring
Our lovely Milarrochy Bay Club Site in Scotland also offers both boat storage and boat mooring. The site is located on the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. Winter boat storage is also available at Cashel Camping in the Forest site on the loch’s western shore

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Summer / Year Round Seasonal / Storage / Moor Application Forms will be issued the last week of October via Your Place in the Country or the Big Sites Book and will be available to download from the first week of November.
Winter Seasonal / Storage / Moor Application Forms will be issued via the Club Magazine the last week of July and will be available to download from the first week July.
Application forms should be returned to Club HQ (address included on form) and bookings will be processed on a first come, first served basis, in order of receipt. All application forms must be signed to show that the Terms and Conditions have been read and understood
Only postal bookings along with payment will be accepted and payment will be taken when the form is processed. With effect from Site opening date, applications can also be processed on the Site offering the facility.
