A good friendly site, perfect for passing through,
Stayed two nights while going north.
Play area for children, and good walking near by.
No gray water discharge for motor home, fresh water point could be better.
Good pub food, would use again.

Arrachogaidh (Club member) reviewed Kendal - Station Inn Certificated Campsite...
Pulled off the M6 and headed for the Station Inn Oxenholme. Beside Inn through car park was a small area of hardstanding. We parked up and made our way into the Inn. A flagstone floor, roaring log fire and a friendly atmosphere greeted us as well as a couple with their labrador dogs. Ale was very good and we returned for dinner. The food was excellent. Ordered breakfast for the next day and it filled us up too.
All in all a very relaxed and enjoyable place to stop.
Childrens play area and a herd of alpacas too. Handy for walking etc.
