This site is in a lovely part of the country and on a farm that has Higher Stewardship which means they have to farm in a way that promotes habitat and wildlife. While waiting for the shower I saw a red kite. The site is quite steeply sloping in places and the facilities are one toilet and one shower in the same log cabin. A divison between the two might be useful as if someone is in the shower the loo is out of bounds. The wardens were very helpful and I certainly hope to return although it seemd a little expensive after the Oxford camp site.
