Just returned from a week's camping here, was a bit wet & windy but we've had a great time.
The site is small but facilities are new and clean - free hot showers :-) and fridge & freezer in the kitchen hut. The pitches are a good size our Vango Vista 800 with porch fitted perfectly with room for the car alongside).
Spent a few days on the local beaches (Newgale & Abereiddy/Blue Lagoon) with the kids body boarding and Mum and Dad enjoying the peace and a good book. The sloop inn and the shed in Portgain serve excellent food - the fish and chips at the shed being so good we went back the following night.
Would definitely stay again

This is where it started, the reviews from previous visitors made this site a 'must try' on our travels.
Thus, we had a great stay here, very friendly, excellent facilities, all those things that make a stay comfortable. The pitches are very spacious, with a 'hook up' close by, and with the whole site being all but level, access is not a problem.
St Davids is close by, if you fancy a night off with Fish and Chips and a stroll along the coast, most enjoyable.

We visited as two families and was immediately pleased with the tidiness and cleanliness of the facilities. We had a warm welcome and quick tour of the area's we had access to.
The communal kitchen had a fridge and freezer as well as washing up and tea making facilities, which served us well.
The shower and toilets had heating & where impeccably clean, soap and a clean hand towels in the toilets where appreciated.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the site.

Had a wonderful time here. My wife and I were in a motor home and my grandaughter and fiance stayed under canvas on the next pitch. There are 10 huge pitches with electric hook ups. The site and facilities are immaculate.Very handy for St. Davids, Haverford West and some of the cleanest beaches we have ever been on.Jo and Steve who own the site are the sort of people who put the friendly into the friendly club and we can't wait until our next visit. We would like to wish them all the very best in their new venture.
