We have just returned from this site after a week's break. It is a nice level site with good quality grass, easy to find and with a secure gate. The facilities were well signed and clean. The owner met us on arrival and was more than helpful. We will definitely return.

THE FIRST NORFOLK SITE LISTED IN THE C & C MEMBERS BOOK & FIRST ONE WE RANG TO CHECK FOR BANK HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY. A VERY LUCKY FIND AS AVAILABLE FRI TO TUES IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION TO VISIT THE COAST, COUNTRYSIDE, VILLAGES & BROADS. WONDERFUL FLAT SITE WITH PLENTY OF SPACE & CLEAN FACILITIES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This was our first adventure in our motor home! Ian and Tracey could not have been more helpful, friendly and wonderful hosts. The site is maintained to a high standard and extremely well situated; being close to the coast, broads and beautiful countryside. I fear that our future camp sites may have a lot to live up to!

Very friendly welcome; well laid out site with clean, well-looked after facilities (only down-side was just 1 toilet & shower in Ladies' block). Very handy kitchen with sink, washing machine & fridge freezer. Useful information centre with tourist info leaflets. Lots of space around units. Amazing surroundings - very peaceful!

warm welcome, promptly sent us confirmation letter with all useful info after we booked. vast well tended grassy level ground, view of surrounding trees around. there is a walking path for hikers on the wooded area. quiet n peaceful. shower/toilet/kitchen all in norwegian style building, clean and modern. reasonably priced.

A very spacious and quiet site on a farm outside a small village in the depths of the Norfolk countryside. New and impeccablly kept facilities. Well recommended.

Ian & Tracey Run a peaceful secure site,suitable for all types. Within a 20 mile radius of the location there are woodlands, Themed parks,The Norfolk Broads & also the Coastline including Cromer, GT Yarmouth, Lowestoft. The toilets/showers are kept very clean & all amenities are clearly signed.The information cabin is very well stocked and is a very good idea. Ian & Tracey are very friendly & helpful.

We are just back from 2 nights at Hawthorn Farm. This is a new site and some of the facilities (e.g. farm shop) are a 'work in progress'. This is a large flat site consisting of 2 fields - one for tents, one for caravans and motorhomes. The toilet / shower block is not large but its clean, reasonably modern and ideal for this type of site. Kitchen facilities - freezer, washing machine etc will be available soon.
A code is required for the gate before vehicles can enter or leave the site - useful extra security.
There is loads of space on this site - plenty of room for everyone and its very quiet and relaxing. Recommended.
