A very nice little site, in a quiet, rural setting. I would highly recommend this site to anyone, particularly to those who value a perfect little campsite ran by two of the most helpful folks you could ever wish to meet. \dick and June are so very welcoming, freindly and helpful. The service we recieved from them went above and beyond any we have ever received from any other site whether it a high end commercial site or otherwise. In my opinion, a pitch fee spent here could not be better spent anywhere else in the country.
The local community shop come recommended too. We will most certainly be returning.

This is a basic site in the country. Beautiful scenery and quite country lanes make for an ideal secluded retreat. We were guided in By June (owner). Dick (husband) and June could not do more to help. They were extremely welcoming, friendly and gracious hosts - nothing was too much trouble. I'd recommend this site to all groups, however note there are no toilet/shower facilities as of 03/2013.Thanks for a lovely visit.

This is a fairly new site and is on a working farm down a quiet lane. The campsite is in an open field with partial shade at different times of the day. There are plenty of electric points although there is no toilet or shower block at present. The owners Dick and June were so helpful and considerate and welcomed my 2 little dogs and my cat. I will definitely be going again.
The area is of historical significance to the nation of Wales and it is very rural with picturesque small towns and villages and plenty of quiet country footpaths. A short driving distance from the site is Lake Vyrnwy, with a visitor centre and you can even hire a bike and cycle the 12 miles around the lake if you're feeling energetic.

Lovely secluded site, peaceful and relaxing situated along a quiet lane.Owners Dick and June were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and considerate. They went out of their way for us, especially as we were first time motorhomers, informing us of walks in the area and other local information. Quiet lanes to walk with lovely views.Fifteen minute walk to a lovely village where if needed there is a Community Shop.Would definitely visit again.
