We have just returned from Brooke House Farm after lovely relaxing 7 night stay. The site is excellent in every way, very well spaced pitches and the site is immaculatley maintained. We would highly recommend that all visitors sample Kathleens wonderful pies, cakes and ice creams. This site is a family run site and when you visit you feel you are member of that lovely family. can we just say Thank You for our wonderful stay, and we will back very soon. Brooke House Farm deserves the title of Best CS Site in the Country. Best of luck for the title in 2012/2013. Regards Julia & Trevor.

A lovely peaceful site well maintained
within easy distance of lots of interesting places to visit.

This is a very well kept site and lovely for a peaceful break, Alison who is very friendly met us upon arrival with plenty of leaflets of things to do, the caravans are well spaced giving you plenty room, highly recommended!

I was travelling on my own, up to Scotland. This was a peaceful, sheltered site and I felt safe and secure.

This was our first venture into CS's and found it most peaceful and relaxing. The "Welcome" pack detailing places to visit in the area was most appreciated. The grass pitches are spacious and very well maintained. Despite heavy rain during our stay the site drained well and presented no problems. Thanks for a lovely stay - we shall certainly visit again.

As national CS winner 2007 and again 2011 we had very high expectations. The friendly owner keeps the grass in immaculate condition, but I have a few reservations. Main drawback was the noise, both from the nearby busy road and the aircraft from nearby Manchester Airport. The “dog walk†off the site is a little lane with a tractor flying up and down spilling manure: guess I was unlucky to be there in muck spreading week! There is a brilliant canal dog walk two miles away at Middlewich. No pub or shops within walking distance but good facilities at Middlewich. Don’t get me wrong: this is a very nice CL but I am somewhat surprised that Club members think it the best in the country.

Having not been to this site before you always wonder what it will be like etc.
Well have no fear, it is a lovely, quiet and peaceful location. Very easy to find and access. The owner Alison is very friendly and comes to see you in her buggy golf cart with brochures and info. about the area.
We will go there again.

The best "Friendly" campsite. The available facilities are clean and well maintained, the friendliness of the family who own and run the site is second to none - and the homemade jams, chutneys and fruit pies have to be tried to be believed.
Well done Alison, Adrian and Kathleen - we will be with you before you have had chance to read this.

Just spent a wonderful 4 days at this splendid CS,lovely weather too. Beautifully kept in a peaceful setting on a working dairy farm.Alison,the owner was so friendly and welcoming and Kathleens'homemade cakes and icecream were just superb.I will definitely visit again.

We recently spent five nights at this very peaceful and clean site.The owners Alison and Adrian were very helpful and friendly.We also sampled Kaths (Adrians Mum)homemade produce very nice indeed.We certainly would use this site again Highly recommended.

we have visited this site several times and every visit is worth it it is very well run, and in first class condition i hape it wins the cs of the year again.
would recomend it to any one wanting to explore cheshire.

We have just returned from a four day stay at this delightful site. The warm and friendly welcome was only the start of a very pleasant end to our holiday. The site is well laid out with plenty of space on each pitch. Will certainly be making a return visit.

Stayed here in May this year. Very friendly and welcoming couple. Site is kept very clean and tidy, and well laid out. We arrived after a heavy bout of rain and the site seem to have drained well due its slightly sloping nature. A real joy to have stayed here and is a site for other CL's to aspire to.
