Great for... exploring this superb area of France from a very friendly site, Laurent and Isabelle being very keen to welcome Club members and to show them the best the region has to offer. The area is great for cyclists with a vast network (250 miles) of cycle paths that link some of the region’s finest châteaux. Cheverny, Beauregard, Blois, Chambord and Chenonceaux are all within easy striking distance.
Rally Stewards are Dave (Muttley) and Patti Carter. Pitches not necessarily all located together. Typical activities (subject to demand) may include barbecues, boules competitions, quizzes, American suppers, cream teas, boat trips on the Loire, wine tasting at a local vineyard, bike rides, a typical four course French meal, strawberry teas and visits to local attractions in the Loire (possibly to include one special three-day programme of visits). Maximum unit length 8m.
