"In the suburbs of Delft and close to a lake"
Great for... exploring this most typical region of the Netherlands. Delft is a charming old town with a bustling market square, canals and cobbled streets. The factories where the hand-crafted Delft Blue porcelain is made are close by. This is an ideal base for local cycling tours and also for exploring further afield in the Netherlands. It’s a great time for seeing the bulb fields and visiting Keukenhof Gardens – and don’t miss the nationwide Queen’s Day celebrations, on the public holiday of 30 April.
Stewarded by Peter and Jennie Clipstone. Most rally pitches located together near to main facilities (extra pitches on request will probably be in sections of site away from rally area). Typical activities (subject to demand) may include weekly rally dinners, canal trips, visits to the Royal Delft porcelain factories, quizzes, cheese and wine parties and social evenings. Tickets for the popular coach tour to Rijnsburg Flower Parade on 20 April are available from Carefree (bookable in advance of the rally only) for £10 per person. Maximum unit length 7.5m.
