What's on?
- Corfe Castle itself is a ten-minute walk from site. The Castle View Visitor Centre explains
its 1,000-year history and past residents.

The pretty village of Corfe Castle has a
Railway Museum and Model Village.
- Swanage Railway steam trains stop at the station in the village.

Both Studland and Swanage have sandy
beaches with Blue Flag awards.

A chain ferry operates between Swanage
and Poole and Bournemouth.
- Lulworth Castle is on the Lulworth Estate. Its chapel is said to be one of the finest pieces of architecture in Dorset.

Brownsea Island in Poole Harbour is the
