The banks of the Great Ouse form the boundary of our Club Site at St Neots. Stroll along the riverbank to the town, passing meadows, pits and lakes which are a haven for wildlife.

What's on?
- The town of St Neots is less than two
miles away. It has a good range of shops
and restaurants, a museum and a market.
- Hinchingbroke Park has a Visitor Centre
where you can learn about the 180 acres
of grassland, woodland and lakes.
- Grafham Water is a Site of Special
Scientific Interest. A cycle route goes
round the lake and bikes are available
for hire. It is also good for watersports
and walking.
- Bushmead Priory is the refectory of an
Augustinian priory, with fine timber roof
and notable 14th-century wall paintings.
- Bourn and Gransden windmills are two of
the post mills in the area. Gransden has
been rebuilt and is thought to be the
oldest of its type.
- Paxton Pits Nature Reserve hosts
activities for children and adults
throughout the year.
- Oliver Cromwell was born at Huntingdon. His old school – once a medieval monastic hospital – is now a museum interpreting his life.
- The university city of Cambridge is around ten miles away.
- The Shuttleworth Collection and the Imperial War Museum at Duxford both have interesting aviation collections.
