Terms and Conditions

• The tariff is based per property and includes VAT and all utility costs.
• Holidays for complete weeks commence on a Saturday and short breaks can commence any day subject to availability.
• Short break holidays are for three nights and are available from four weeks prior to arrival, subject to availability.
• A deposit of £100 per week per property is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. For a short break the full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
