Poole - Harbour Lake
Harbour Lake Beach is a charming, rural beach situated in the county of Poole.
This is a sand and mud beach and plays host to a range of water activities, although it should be noted that swimming here is banned when the tide is low.
This beach is small but popular, giving it unique charm and character. There are many facilities available at this beach, which helps to add to its appeal and popularity. Some of these include toilet facilities, disabled access, a shop and cafe, first aid facilities, and an exercise area for dogs.
The Hobie Cat Centre is also located here. Some of the activities you can enjoy here include fishing, sailing, swimming, and wind surfing. You can also enjoy a stroll to Ham common to take in the wildlife and nature, just half a mile from Harbour Lake Beach.
There is no lifeguard present at this beach but it is a friendly place where people of all ages can have fun and enjoy a great day out. It is also a clean and attractive beach, making it the perfect place to relax.
