Telling the amazing story of a city lost to the sea, the Dunwich Museum has a host of fascinating exhibits, including a Flemish cannon from 1550 that was recovered from an unknown wreck of the Dunwich coast. Learn how Dunwich went from one of the greatest ports on the east coast, the tenth largest in England, to a tiny village of barely more than 120 people and a few offshore fishing boats.
This delightful and charming museum will keep families entertained whether they are on a short visit spending the whole afternoon.
