There lots on offer with Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Aston Hall and Park, timber-framed Blakesley Hall, the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, Sarehole Mill, Soho House, the ruins of Weoley Castle, and even the Museums Collections Centre which brings together hundreds of thousands of objects.

Why not start with the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, housed in a Grade 2 listed building, has over 40 galleries to explore. Visitors can explore the world’s art, social history, archaeology and ethnography. The gallery is famous for its Pre-Raphaelite paintings, which are part of the largest public Pre-Raphaelite collection in the world, and you can see artefacts from the Greeks, Romans and Ancient Egypt, as well as the Staffordshire Hoard.

BMAG is family friendly, with a host of activities and visitors to the In Touch gallery can experience a variety of artworks through touch, sound and light. Many of the objects from BMAG's science collections can be seen at Thinktank - Birmingham's Science Museum.
