Exclusive to Club members, the National Feast of Lanterns (NFOL) is the Club’s own annual event that traditionally celebrated the end of the camping season. Today, it’s the largest gathering of campers and caravanners in the country.
Time Travel is the theme for this year’s NFOL and hosting are the Club’s Chiltern Region.
What’s on at NFOL 2009

- Traditional light displays from members’ units on the Saturday night

Alternatively to book download and complete the pdf booking form below and send it to the address on the form. Booking Forms are also available through the Membership Department on 0845 130 7257.
Please note that we will not be able to accommodate unbooked arrivals.
The NFOL committee would also like to remind members that booking forms must be completed fully and signed. A single booking must contain either a standard unit pitch fee or a service pitch fee plus a fee for each adult. Members should also note that the Thursday and Sunday night supplement fee is per pitch, not per person. The Service Pitch fee includes the supply of electricity for the duration of your stay.

Terms and Conditions
- Refunds will only be considered upon receipt of all NFOL booking paperwork, including the vehicle pass
- Friday to Saturday unit fees will not be refunded for any cancellations*
- Refund requests received after 31 July 2009 will be considered by the organising committee at their first meeting
- All cancellations should be submitted in writing to: NFOL Booking Office, PO Box 1137, Coventry, CV4 8ZX
- Fresh water is available - please bring an initial supply
- Own sanitation is essential
- Please ensure your chemical toilet is empty on arrival
- There are only grass pitches available
- Electric hook-ups available (6 amps max)
