Stay Overnight At The NEC With The Camping And Caravanning Club
Caravanners and motorhome owners visiting the National Boat Caravan & Outdoor Show at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre can make even more of their visit – by staying overnight in a unique Camp Site run by The Camping and Caravanning Club on behalf of show organiser Inside Communications.
The camp site, based on the West Car Park at the NEC, is open to the public from 17 to 26 February 2006 at a cost of £12 per pitch per night. Managed by the Club’s own experienced Holiday Site Managers, it provides a secure place to camp overnight with provision of fresh water, a motorhome service point and waste disposal.
Caravanners and motorhome owners will also benefit from a luxury fleet of designated chauffer-driven Land Rover’s providing a shuttle service directly from the Camp Site to the main entrance door throughout the show. With five large halls equivalent to ten full-size football pitches to explore, the Club can make it easier on your feet so you can explore more of the largest UK show of its kind.
Karen Dodd, Marketing Manager of Inside Communications, says: “Each year, the Camp Site at the show gets busier and busier. The facility provides quality, convenient accommodation for those wanting to visit The National Boat Caravan & Outdoor Show at their leisure. As organisers of the Show we are thrilled that in association with The Camping and Caravanning Club, we are able to offer caravanners and motorhome owners who travel to the event the opportunity to take advantage of this overnight facility once again this year.”
Pitches are on sale from 1 December and are available from The Camping and Caravanning Club, tel: 0845 130 7257. Alternatively, log on to www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk for a booking form. 9 December 2006
