Watts in Iceland

This time last year, Iceland was not even on our list of potential holiday destinations. We were planning our triennial joint holiday with American friends who live in Seattle, meeting on the East Coast of the USA. Then in November our inclination to go to the States was put on hold for at least four years, so where should we go instead? Our friends suggested Iceland. It was next on their list so after a little research about what exactly there was to do there – especially with small children – we booked flights to meet there in July.
