In 2016, the Club ran three surveys among tent, caravan and motorhome owners.
The aim was to generate a set of findings that illustrated the level of satisfaction that buyers have with their products, and where there might be room for improvement.
With the Club’s influence and wide membership base behind them, it’s hoped the results of these surveys, which you can read more about in our February issue, will lead to changes within each industry – for the better.
