From her days fronting the ’90s band Catatonia, Welsh singer Cerys Matthews’ rock and roll lifestyle has undergone a transformation. Gone are the days of tour bus living and gigging at city stop-overs. Today she has put down roots in London, is a married mother of three and probably better known her for TV and radio presenting. Life though is still hectic and so Cerys, like anyone, strives to redress the balance.
She said: “So many of us are urban dwellers, we spend so much time in front of a screen in the office as well as home.”
