"Head north". Now that’s my kind of navigation. It perfectly summed up a trip I’d been meaning to make since I’d visited the north coast of Scotland as a student. It only took me 28 years to keep my promise, but we made it. Our route kicked off at Ben Nevis, then over to Skye, up to Cape Wrath, we took a sharp right to John O’Groats and back home via Inverness.
