Best walks with a view

Following on from our feature in the March issue about Julia Bradbury’s new walking series Best Walks With A View, I learned more about the show and what viewers can expect. The eight-part series begins at 8pm on ITV1 on 19 February with the first episode focusing on Anglesey in North Wales. The view in question is that of the mountains of Snowdonia as you gaze back from Anglesey’s sandy beaches towards the majestic national park, home to Beddgelert Camping in the Forest site.
In this first episode Julia discovers the birthplace of Land Rover, samples seafood from the Menai Strait and ends her walk on Llanddwyn Island, home of Wales’ own female St Valentine.
