Griddled mustard lamb with noodle salad
My husband thinks a salad isn't a proper meal in itself as it is not filling enough. So here I prove him wrong with my lamb salad for salad naysayers.
Meat
This salad has perfectly grilled slices of leg steak that's been marinated in a mustard dressing, while the salad is made using filling noodles with a dressing, mixed with radishes, cucumber and onions and griddled baby gem lettuce.
