I’m always encouraging campers to create a camping cook's 'store cupboard' to take with them on every trip. Of course, it’s not a cupboard, rather a box or zip-up bag that contains all the dry ingredients you’d need to transform a piece of steak, chicken or fish into an interesting meal.
