A pizza the action

Having come across a few campsites with their own pizza ovens, as well as others with visiting pizza vans (see my Eat Local article in the June print magazine), I decided to come up with a few regionally-inspired pizzas of my own. And they can be made at your pitch. Here I’ve used the Cadac Pizza stone, the Buschbeck Pizza Box and a stove-top method too.
