“You can’t be serious,” exclaimed my husband as I ordered my seafood starter and fish main course for my evening meal at Bushell’s Riverside, a fabulous little restaurant on Dartmouth’s waterfront about a 30-minute drive from our Dartmouth Club Site. I had just returned from my day at a local cooking school, just across the river, where I’d prepared, cooked and eaten nine different fish courses. Yet there I was ordering more of the same.
