There’s nothing quite as satisfying as eating a delicious meal while camping and knowing you conjured it up yourself. While I don’t profess to be the next Heston Blumenthal, I like to cook decent food in as healthy a way as possible, so I was keen to be let loose in the kitchen of the Club’s long-term test Sun Living Lido A 35SP motorhome.
